Resident Manager
We are seeking an experienced, detail oriented, professional with initiative and ability to work independently to manage an affordable housing community in Southwest Michigan.
The individual will manage, oversee and facilitate all activities related to the multi-building property and associated business, staff and residents.
ARM certification preferred or three years of successful affordable housing management and knowledge of government subsidies for low income individuals and families.
Must have the ability to handle finances and work within a budget, interact with a wide range of people, solve problems involving residents, personnel, emergency situations, etc.
Must be computer literate with willingness and capability to learn new programs, demonstrate integrity on both personal and professional levels, have excellent communication and customer service skills and maintain a State of Michigan driver's license with appropriate insurance as may need to use personal vehicle for job-related duties.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
