The Role:
Serve as a subject matter expert for all things consumers (needs, tension, behavior, frustrations, psychographics), target consumer and brand (equity, character and positioning)
Background Profile:
Bachelors or Master's Degree
2 - 4 years of industry relevant experience (Market Research (supplier or client), CPG, durable goods)
Proficient in SPSS and/or consumer modeling (e.g. drivers analysis, cluster analysis, etc); ccOPEX, Six Sigma, a plus
Familiarity with syndicated market measurements data (panel, scanner)
Understanding of how to leverage unstructured data; social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and other digital output for market research purpose, a plus
Results-oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivated with the ability to react in a fast and responsive manner, balancing the demands of quality output with time pressures
A team player with team building, consultative and influencing skill
Knowledge of standard primary research tools and syndicated data coupled with the ability to draw conclusions and make business recommendations in situations where there is either too much or not enough data
Ability to assess current situations, draw conclusions and envision future business opportunities
Strong communication skills (visual, verbal and written) to create and deliver compelling presentations of insights
Proficient in basic statistics (confidence level, p-value, power, statistical significance, regression)
Competency in principles of study design and experience with a broad range of consumer oriented research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative
Creative, agile change agent that possess a thirst for learning and connecting the dots

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
