The Role:
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales team, managing all sales channels including, DIY/hardware and food drug mass channels. The role requires an innovative, visionary leader who can grow our business and take market share within this channel. This candidate will have a solid background in CPG Sales. Experience managing a team or broker relationships is a plus.
Background Profile:
Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA a plus
Minimum 5 years of Customer Management experience within the DIY/FDM/grocery channel and Mass Merchant Channel
Minimum 5 years relevant CPG experience to include some combination of: Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management
Broker or Team management experience is a plus
Previous people management experience is a plus
Analytical skills and experience working with syndicated data i.e., Nielsen, IRI, Retail-Link
Competitive attitude, willingness to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and desire to win
