Information Systems Director

Today, you may be working with global IS leadership on the enterprise network strategy to enable cloud solutions. Tomorrow, you might be working with regional colleagues architecting solutions that enable desired business outcomes for their local teams. Later in the week, you will facilitate a cross functional team meeting to solve an operational issue, mitigate risks around local access points, review scope management issues for in-flight projects, and present to senior leadership the results of your organization's efforts.

What You Will Do
Develop, manage and lead strategic initiatives for global network operations including services enhancements and transformations
Develop and implement long and short term strategic business plans / roadmaps to meet the requirements, aligning to trends and priorities (including, but not limited to, advanced security, consumerization, on-demand, and virtualization)
Partner on, and reliably support application and infrastructure transformation initiatives, particularly toward cloud (as a Service) computing
Achieve joint success through collaboration with Data Center operations, IT security, platform owners, change management and regional teams
Through leveraging IT Service Management (ITIL v.3) framework, drive continuous improvements in network and telecom services, as measured by number and duration of incidents, business impact, and preemption / prevention of problems and incidents
Anticipate and address emerging network opportunities through communications, external (outside-in) perspective, deep understanding of the evolving business model, and cross-functional engagement
Deliver thought leadership, presentations and communications to business and GIS executives/leaders that influences business strategies, technology roadmaps and priorities to deliver maximum value
Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of large enterprise and functional projects and transformations
Build strong relationships with GIS counterparts in Infrastructure Operational Services, Winning Workplace and regional BRM organizations as well as key Suppliers to ensure strong execution, integration and optimization of the GIS operating model
Provide program and project leadership, governance and oversight to projects is achieving deliverables, fully resourced and funded for success
Seek innovative approaches to delivering business enabled technology solutions or reusing existing solutions in new or alternative ways
Manage the financials for the portfolio of projects, ensuring proper funding and GIS management processes are adhered to. Manage departmental cost center budget as well.
Provide leadership, coaching and development for your team, consultants and contractors, ensuring growth of team members
Engage all leaders in developing and promoting an environment of learning and teaching to enable our competitive advantage and optimize our people. Ensure the best in class performance in leadership, core, operational and functional competencies for all people

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline and equivalent work experience and training
Minimum of eight years experience with technology-related projects is required, with direct project management experience a plus
Ability to influence and lead others to implement new approaches, systems, structures and methods
Confidence in building constructive tension and challenge to push business and technical colleagues out of their comfort zone
Experience in leading and managing Outside Service Providers for strategies, projects and support
Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
Demonstrated strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex issues to multiple audiences
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
