Identify gaps in existing enterprise quality system and implement new processes and procedures. Analyze quality performance risk of existing suppliers and define and implement actions to improve. Develop quality strategy alongside Commodity Managers. Visit suppliers to perform process audits. Qualify new parts using APQP/FMEA/PPAP tools, etc. In case of critical quality issues, visit the supplier to conduct full root cause and corrective action analysis using a variety of problem solving techniques. Evaluate potential new suppliers through on-site assessments. Drive culture of zero defects within the supply base and internally at the company.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel, domestic and international. Self-starter that quickly sees the problem and seeks out the solution. Capable of making complex decisions and leading cross-functional teams. Well organized. Prioritizes well and is able to keep multiples projects moving forward without making many sacrifices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENCIES:
Bachelors Degree in related field. At least six (6) years demonstrated experience in Supplier Quality and/or Supplier Development in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience with successfully implementing and applying APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and other related processes. Demonstrated experience using formal and informal root cause analysis and project management tools.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
