Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Manager, Whirlpool Factory Service opening to join our Consumer and Appliance Care organization.
What You Will Do
Lead the Whirlpool Factory Service team of 40 direct and indirect reports to deliver against the Consumer and Appliance Care strategy
Ensure quality, satisfaction reporting and analysis that drives actionable items within the service industry
Create and deliver strategic plans as they relate to Factory Service markets and overall company plans
Grow the Whirlpool Factory Service business and deliver against performance metrics
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelors Degree required (Preferred major: Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Management or other business related field)
At least 5 years of related/similar work experience required
Prior team leader or management experience required
Ideal candidate will have 3 years of appliance service industry experience
Knowledge of P&L statements or financial/business acumen preferred
Ability to build and sustain relationships externally and internally
Ability to understand markets (both sales and service) and able to address/respond to changes
Ability to articulate complex analysis achieving changes internal and externally
Demonstrate training and presentation skills
Strong computer skills inclusive of database reporting and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent skills in communications
Relationship building, customer relations management
This position requires execution of Whirlpool's Non-Disclosure and Non-Competition Agreement.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
