Executive Secretary to provide critical support to our executive leadership team.

In this position, you'll have the opportunity to:
o Provide general administrative support, such as drafting, preparation and management of business correspondence, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, etc.; proofreading; photocopying; answering and directing communications such as phone calls and e-mails, etc. for the leadership team
o Manage schedules, calendars and travel arrangements
o Coordinate and prepare for meetings, presentations, teleconferences, internal team activities and training programs, etc.
o Coordinate with others assistants to help develop and drive best practices, resolve issues, and create value for team.
o Invoice processing and expense reporting.
o Maintain a professional, organized and efficient office utilizing leadership, influence and secretarial/administrative knowledge.
o Maintain confidentiality at all times.
o Other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed in this position:
o High school diploma or GED
o At least 5 years of administrative assistant, secretarial, or equivalent experience.
o Ability to be extremely precise and detail-oriented, but also to work quickly and provide fast turn around.
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Ability to work in a dynamic environment by organizing and prioritizing work and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while supporting several professionals.
o Willingness and ability to take initiative anticipate issues and offer solutions.
o Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
o Strong organizational skills and practices to consistently, reliably and independently follow through with limited supervision.
o Excellent PC skills, including strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet search engines, etc.
o A positive, teamwork-oriented attitude and flexible approach.
o Judgment to identify and prioritize issues for team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
