Duties:
HIGH VISIBILITY - Reporting to the Global CIO, this is an executive role that will focus on Strategic Sourcing (Direct and Indirect Procurement), Product Development, Transactional Views, Advanced Design and Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain areas to name a few. Develop strategy and manage relationships on a global scale working with leadership (VP, SVP, EVP, and Presidents), operational teams and steering groups. Work with Enterprise Architecture & Engineering/IT Management team in the discovery of new process & system trends that will help solve key business problems and ensure business strategy is following corporate standards, adopting the right technology at the right time. 5 direct reports (2 managers and 3 individual contributors along with 10-12 indirect reports, globally). Major emphasis will include Global Procure to Pay, Vendor Mgmt, Contract Mgmt, and eSourcing. Travel based on how fast global relationships are built worst case will be 50% (globally). After relationships are built, travel % goes down. So how fast can you build relationships?
Required:
4 year degree - CIO will not have anyone on his Executive team w/out a degree. 15
years in IT 5
years at the Manager/Director level in a F500 or at the Director/VP level in a F1000 Experience with global sourcing & supplier relationship management processes on a global scale Experience with setting up/managing global supply & demand processes Strong, Manufacturing, domain experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
