Job Summary
Supervision of manufacturing personnel and operations, assuring that quality, safety, productivity, scheduling and delivery goals are met on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision of manufacturing personnel
Responsible for machine start-up and/or shut down
Trouble shoot machines, molds and material problems
Responsible to follow all OSHA and safety rules and regulations
Responsible for maintaining housekeeping
Ensure a safe working environment and that employees are using safe working methods
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Plastic Injection Molding background with a minimum of three years' experience in supervision
Recent experience in automotive manufacturing environment
Strong Leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communicationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
