his is a young growing A&E firm. They have a wide variety of projects, from commercial to institutional, to educational to office buildings and more. It is an ideal position for the experienced architect that enjoys all aspects of the profession.
The position is responsible for:
1) Client management
2) Proposal writing
3) Project budgeting
4) Concept design development
5) Project management from proposal to closeout
6) Mentoring junior staff
7) Supervising other architects, cad personnel and support staff
MUST HAVES:
Licensed architect - MI preferred
10+ years experience
Experience in client management
Experience in project management - from concept to close out
Experience in the design of NON-Residential facilities
Proficient in the use of Autocad, Revit, SketchUP, 3D Studio Max, PhotoShop
Experience in managing multiple projects
Experience in mentoring junior staff
NICE TO HAVE:

LEED AP BD+ C

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
