- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner -Work in the Bistro from time to time during breakfast & lunch.
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests or direct calls to appropriate staff members - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project coordination or similar role is a plus - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus - Clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
