This pivotal role involves supervising and maintaining the curb appeal, cleanliness, and security of our multi-million-dollar self-storage facility.
The Facility Manager will report directly to the Facility Manager Supervisor.
We are looking for an energetic, professional, hard-working individual who is a self-starter, detail-oriented, possesses light maintenance skills, can work independently, and is trustworthy.
Basic computer skills, the ability to meet physical demands, and a team player mentality are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance:
Maintaining the curb appeal, cleanliness, and security of the self-storage facility.
Security Oversight:
Ensure the security measures of the facility are upheld to safeguard the premises.
Reporting Structure:
Report directly to the Facility Supervisor Manager.
Field-Based Role:
Work as a field-based employee, bringing energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to the role.
Physical Demands:
Ability to meet physical demands associated with the role, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and other tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
Energetic, professional, and hard-working individual.
Self-starter with attention to detail and light maintenance skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate trustworthiness.
Basic computer skills and a team player mentality.
