RESPONSIBILITIES Develop annual forecasts/goals with Sales Manager Organize a territorial call plan that grows existing relationships and forges new relationships that contribute toward sustainable profit growth Utilize CRM for communication to:
Track progress towards goals Share information beneficial to the team on competitors, products, and customers in territory Actively review pricing in response to competitive and cost changes Monitor and discuss receivables performance with customers pursuant to goals Recognize Webb value in the marketplace and actively negotiate to maximize return on that value Actively participate in customer satisfaction tools Actively monitor and track deployed assets ensuring timely returns Respond to customer reported failures via appropriate workplace tools Work hand-in-hand with Customer Service and Purchasing viewing success as a team effort Attend regular sales meetings Maintain and evaluate contracts as needed Make joint sales calls as requested by Sales Manager Understand and follow the ISO procedures at Webb including documentation and the importance of Sales 401 and the Customer Service Process Responsible Distribution Understand the tenets of Responsible Distribution and agree that if it is not safe for our customers, employees, and community then it is not worth doing SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in sales Prior experience in Chemical Industry strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong social awareness Ability to hear and see Willingness to learn and observe Recognition of verbal and non-verbal cues Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Understanding of the principles of negotiation and willingness to participate in negotiation pursuant to a win-win outcome Strong math skills Understanding of logistics Strong organizational skills Ability to work as a member of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality WORK SCHEDULE This is a salary position working standard 45 hours/week generally during normal business hours, after hour emergency response as needed Regular and Consistent Attendance Monday-Friday, weekend work as needed Available at all hours via phone and e-mail Out of town:
trips to suppliers, customers, trainings, conferences, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
