It is so very important that the initial interaction with a guest is a happy one.
The breakfast attendant will arrive to work at 5am.
Prepare our complimentary breakfast buffet, complete food safety logs, fill product when it is low & break down the buffet at 10am.
I allow 1 hour for cleanup.
Shift will be 5am-11am.
